Alex Antonio Vilanova

Lawyer and professor, practicing labor law and serving clients in Brazil and abroad online.

About me

I have been a lawyer since 2017. That year I completed my law degree at the State University of Ponta Grossa and passed the Brazilian Bar Exam, and I have practiced law ever since.

I also hold a master’s degree in Economics from Unioeste, and that training is present in my work every day. Before recommending a course of action, I assess, besides the legal question, how much it costs, how long it is likely to take and what impact it may have on the life or business of the person who comes to me. I also completed two postgraduate specializations, in Contemporary Civil Law and Civil Procedure and in Constitutional Law.

I am a professor of Business Law and Human Rights. The classroom requires explaining complex subjects in simple terms, and I bring that practice to my work with clients: each client understands what is happening in their case, what the risks are and why each step is taken.

I also served at the Sports Court of Justice of Paraná (Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva do Paraná), as an auditor and as a defense counsel.

Today I serve clients throughout Brazil, and Brazilians and foreigners abroad whose matters are governed by Brazilian law, online. For those who prefer to talk in person, I schedule meetings in Cascavel or Toledo, in the state of Paraná. I am admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, Paraná Section (OAB/PR 89.071), and I advise on Brazilian law only.
