This policy explains how the personal data sent through this site is handled, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).

What data is collected
Only the data you provide in the contact form: name, city and country, WhatsApp, email, preferred way to be contacted and, if you wish, the summary of the situation. If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, the data you send through those channels will also be processed.
We ask that you do not send documents or sensitive data, such as health information, in the first contact.
What the data is used for
- To carry out the preliminary review of your enquiry and check whether the case falls within the practice areas
- To reply through the channel you indicated and, where appropriate, to schedule a consultation
- To prepare a fee proposal, when both parties are interested
The data is not used to send advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal bases
The processing is based on your consent, recorded when you submit the form (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), and on the carrying out of preliminary procedures related to a possible contract, at your request (art. 7, V). The information received is also protected by the lawyer’s professional secrecy.
Who the data may be shared with
Only with the providers needed for the site and communications to work, such as the hosting company and the email service, or when there is a legal obligation or a court order.
How long the data is kept
Data from enquiries that do not result in an engagement is deleted within 12 months. When an engagement takes place, the data is handled in accordance with the services agreement and the legal periods applicable to the practice of law.
Cookies and statistics
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served by the site itself. If statistics tools are adopted in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for confirmation of the processing, access, correction or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw your consent (art. 18 of the LGPD). Just write to [email protected].
